Shipping Policy

We gladly offer Free Ground Shipping & Handling within the U.S. for all orders over $85 (before tax and after applicable discounts). For any orders less than $85, shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. From the moment your order is placed, ground shipping and handling generally takes 6-8 business days for the package to arrive at your door.

If you select 2nd Day Air at checkout ($19.99), we will fulfill any orders placed before 12 EST the same business day, otherwise they will be shipped the following business day. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.

Return Policy

All Entourus products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply return the unused portion of the topical — opened jars are absolutely fine. To start a return, email Info@entourus.com or call +888-522-8234 and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is on us.

If your return is postmarked within 30 days of delivery, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving it. If your order arrives damaged, let us know and we'll replace it right away at no cost to you.
